XMAS IN OTHER COUNTRIES
In Belgium they use to go out to slide the day of Christmas after the
typical familiar dinner. The whole family put on the skids and they slide on the frozen rivers
Finns they like to hang in the branches of the Christmas tree rows of flags of different countries like a symbol of brotherhood among towns and cultures.
In Italy the last night of the year, “Notte di Capodanno”, is typical to eat a plate of lentils before leaving to the habitual celebration in some the discos in town.
“A gift, a poem”, this is the Christmas motto in Letonia. The letonian custom says that on Christmas Eve’s night, right after the supper, it is necessary to look for round the Christmas tree the presents, but nobody will can take his one without reciting a small poem first.

In countries on the other hemisphere, as Australia, Christmas is celebrated during its summer, that’s why the usual snow and cold about here, get into beaches and summery Santa Claus there.
