INTERNET was created in 1964
for the norteamerican Paul Baran at the suggestion of military government in fear of nuclear war. At first it was called ARPANET (1969). the first mailing list was "SF-Lovers", for science fiction fans. ARPANET was replaced in 1989 by a faster version called INTERNET. Every day there 15 new sites and 2000 more users.
